How can I purchase a print or commission a painting?
We hope you will purchase from Tilly Tot Designs and will do all we can to make this quick and easy. We are currently working on making it possible to buy online. How do I pay?
We accept cheques, bank transfers or cash as forms of payment. Please inform us of your preferred form when ordering. All cheques must be clearly written out to Camilla Green.

How do I take delivery or my purchases?
We aim dispatch items in stock by Royal Mail 1st Class postal service within three working days of receiving your order. Alternatively you can collect from Milly’s home in Fulham, London – please contact Milly to arrange.
The standard delivery charge for all mounted print and postcard orders is: £5.99
The standard delivery charge for all framed print orders is: £12.50

Can you post outside of the UK?
We are able to send most items overseas using Royal Mail International signed for service. However the postal charges outside the UK will vary. How quickly will I receive my order?
For all the limited edition prints, whether they be personalized or not, you should expect to receive delivery within a maximum of 7-10 working days. If we are unable to achieve this for any such reason we will contact you immediately. Please let us know when ordering if it is urgent and we will do our utmost to get your order to you to sooner!
For original bespoke commission expect a time frame of 14 days – however once again, if you are require it sooner Milly will try her best to get it completed within your time frame.

What is a giclee print?
Our prints are genuine giclee prints which are produced through a technique favoured by professional watercolour artists and art galleries. It is a specialist and time-consuming printing process, required to ensure that the original painting is faithfully reproduced. We use what we believe is the finest paper available for giclée printing in terms of print fidelity and textural qualities. Please be aware that although we take utmost care to ensure that the colours represented on the website are as close to that of the prints, naturally there may be slight variations.

Is the mounting inclusive in the price of the print?
All prints are quoted with a mount included. Please let us know if you would prefer to purchase a print without a mount. Framing is an additional cost.
The size and price of the mounted prints are:
Small – approx 29.5cm x 36cm - £20.99
Medium – approx 42cm x 52cm - £27.99
Large – approx 80cm x 62cm - £55.99*
* Large prints are available not mounted (58.5cm x 41.5cm) but rolled for P&P purposes - £42.99

What is does the mount look like?
All our prints come beautifully mounted on high quality antique white acid-free board. Milly takes time to create a simple colour lined border around the mount to give a perfect finish.

What is the frame like?
A framing service is available at an additional cost. These delightful yet simple frames are made of real solid oak with a barefaced, unstained finish. Since they will generally be hung in bedrooms and nurseries an acrylic safety glass is supplied. The width of the oak frame is approximately 20mm for the small and medium size and approximately 35mm for the large. These frames are very good value compared to independent framers.

Where does the personalising happen on the print?
Click on Personalising found on the Menu Bar to see some typical layouts of personalised paintings. However, if you would like it set out differently then please advise Milly when you place the order. Milly is more than happy to add any other messages that you might require – simply contact her to discuss any ideas that you might have.

What is the return policy?
If in the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged state please email us at info@tillytotdesigns and let us know the goods are coming back and return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt letting us know the reason for our records. We will then e-mail you back a returns reference number and a mailing address to send the print back to.
Please note that we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the post. The original receipt must be enclosed in the package. We will refund the money in full (less postage) provided goods are returned in their original condition with the receipt.
Please take care how the item is packaged, we cannot refund items that have become damaged by the packaging. We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery. If an item is returned to us by the post office as uncollected mail we do not refund the postage charges.
Refunds can take up to 14 days after we receive the parcel and will be made in the form of either a cheque or bank transfer.
For goods returned after 7 days we reserve the right to issue a credit voucher for use on the website. Goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded.
We regret that personalised prints or bespoke commissions can not be returned unless there is an extraordinary situation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
